Customer Agreement
Transfer of Digital Images
Individuals must provide a valid e-mail address in order to receive digital
images purchased from the site. Transmission of purchased digital images can
only be sent to the e-mail address provided.
Purchase of Digital Images
1. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase images from Digital
Photographic Images [www.digital-photographic-images.co.uk]. Customers may be
required to provide sufficient proof that they are at least 18 years of age.
Minors can access Digital Photographic Images [www.digital-photographic-images.co.uk]
but their parent or legal guardian would have to purchase images on their
behalf. By purchasing images from Digital Photographic Images [www.digital-photographic-images.co.uk],
the parent or legal guardian authorises the minor to use and agrees to be bound
personally by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. Customers warrant that they have provided Digital Photographic Images [www.digital-photographic-images.co.uk]
with accurate, complete, and updated information and agree to correct and update
that information to ensure its accuracy and completeness at all times.
3. Digital Photographic Images [www.digital-photographic-images.co.uk] may,
under sole discretion, monitor any activity pertaining to the website for
compliance with this agreement or for any other reason.
4. Digital Photographic Images [www.digital-photographic-images.co.uk] may
access and disclose any information about a customer or any content a customer
has provided if Digital Photographic Images [www.digital-photographic-images.co.uk]
believes in good faith that such action is reasonably necessary to enforce this
agreement, its copyright policy, and to comply with the law.

disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, either expressed or
implied, including without limitation any implied warranties or conditions of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third
party rights, and those arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade.

warrant any connection to, compatibility with, transmission over, nor results or
use of, any network connection or facilities provided [or failed to be
provided].

no responsibility for any actions or liabilities arising from the possession or
use of images, photos, files or software obtained from Digital Photographic

warranty that service will be uninterrupted, timely or error free. Digital

Limitation of Liability

shall not assume or have any liability for any action with respect to the use of
content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including but not

shall not be liable to a customer for any indirect, incidental, special or
consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages or loss of
business, lost profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or

has been advised of the possibility of such damages, in connection with any

Termination of E-Mail Information
Occasionally, customers may receive e-mail communication advising of, for

may terminate this arrangement at any time with or without cause. To terminate
this arrangement with Digital Photographic Images [www.digital-photographic-images.co.uk]
you should send an e-mail and your notice of termination will be effective upon
receipt by Digital Photographic Images [www.digital-photographic-images.co.uk],
or upon receipt of confirmation if confirmation is requested.
Severability
If any term or provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable for any
reason, this agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall be fully
enforceable on its remaining terms and conditions.
Entire Agreement
You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to be bound by its
terms and conditions. This agreement comprises the entire agreement between
Digital Photographic Images [www.digital-photographic-images.co.uk] and any
customer, and supersedes any prior agreements. Digital Photographic Images [www.digital-photographic-images.co.uk]
reserves the right, at its discretion, to revise this agreement at any time, and
such revision shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised
agreement on the website. You agree to review the agreement periodically to
become aware of such revisions.
