Individuals must provide a valid e-mail address in order to
receive digital images purchased from the site. Transmission of
purchased digital images can only be sent to the e-mail address
provided.
Purchase of
Digital Images
1. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase images from

Customers may be required to provide sufficient proof that they
are at least 18 years of age. Minors can access Digital

their parent or legal guardian would have to purchase images on

2. Customers warrant that they have provided Digital

completeness at all times.

Severability

Entire Agreement
You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to
be bound by its terms and conditions. This agreement comprises

and any customer, and supersedes any prior agreements. Digital

reserves the right, at its discretion, to revise this agreement
at any time, and such revision shall be effective immediately
upon the posting of the revised agreement on the website. You
agree to review the agreement periodically to become aware of
