A woman sitting on a rock at New Zealand's Oakura Beach, a beauty spot on the
east coast below the Bay of Islands. The beach is close to the
deep water entrance to the Whangaruru harbour. The Maori word
Oakura is thought to mean "the light - that comes with - the red
sky". Indeed, photographers flock here in a bid to capture the
spectacular sunrise and sunsets.
